- 03/09/1975 – Mother passes; she took her own life with a pistol. Pat barely escapes being accused of her death; only a letter from her saves him from the accusation. I travel to Jenson to close out her affairs along with Henry and King. Henry makes a point of deliberately unloading all the weapons in the house. Terrible drive out of Jenson in the rain and a very shaky trip thru Harlan.
